About Verumatic

Too much is happening in the outside world for a company to see what truly affects the business. Verumatic builds the data and context layer that shows it.

We combine large amounts of external data, our analytics engine and a presentation shaped to the customer, so a team can act earlier and with more precision on market-moving events.

Starting in the Nordics, for companies affected by politics and societal events.

Verumatic is externally financed and growing the customer base quickly.

About the role

This is a founding individual-contributor role in enterprise sales. You take deals from the first conversation to a signed partnership. The founders sit in on deals with you at the start, and you take over as you go.

Enterprise sales is the job, and you are responsible for a revenue number. We want someone with previous experience. That can be selling to enterprise buyers, consulting, having been a founder, or another high-stakes job where you had to win trust and get someone to decide.

Swedish is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demonstrations, pilots, proposals, negotiation and signing.
  • Open accounts in new and existing verticals.
  • Agree with the buyer what a good result looks like, and stay through the start of the partnership.
  • Work with the founders on commercial strategy.
  • Bring what customers tell you back into the product.

Why join Verumatic

  • Join while the company is still taking shape, and be part of setting the commercial strategy.
  • You are the first commercial hire. There is no sales team yet, so you build the way we sell by running the deals.
  • You help shape the product.
  • You own your accounts and revenue targets, complemented by a strong commission scheme and an employee stock option plan.

Practical details

  • Full time, based in Stockholm.
  • You follow the customer. Travel is for meetings, mainly in the Nordics.
  • The recruitment process starts with a conversation with the founders.
